WASHINGTON, DC – Senator Pat Roberts today announced over $4 million to the City of Burlington for water improvements.

The $3 million loan and $1 million grant will be used for infrastructure improvements to improve water availability and quality.

The loan and grant were awarded by the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Office. Senator Roberts is a senior member of the Senate Agriculture Committee. For more information, go to http://www.rurdev.usda.gov .
