WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senator Pat Roberts (R-KS) today announced a $250,000 grant to the Lawrence-Douglas County Housing Authority.
The funds were made available by the Resident Opportunities for Self Sufficiency (ROSS) Public Housing Family and Homeownership Program which runs and coordinates supportive services and other activities that help residents achieve economic and housing self-sufficiency.
The grant was awarded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
