WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senator Pat Roberts (R-KS) today announced a $57,000 grant to the Gardner Municipal Airport.

The funds will be used to conduct an environmental study to assess the impacts associated with constructing Runway 17-35.

The grant was awarded to the city of Gardner by the United States Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
